Mini-Week/Day Programs
West Hills Day Camp is pleased to offer both a “Mini-Week” and a “Mini-Day” program for 3 & 4 year old campers. These programs will allow your child to attend West Hills on a reduced schedule. This schedule is not intended to replace our traditional 5 day program for tots, but is an option for those parents who wish to have their child attend camp for only 3 days a week or for shorter days. Below are some frequently asked questions regarding the programs:
Who is the Mini-Week & Mini-Day program for?
Boys and Girls who are NOT entering Kindergarten in September, 2011
Is Transportation Provided?
Yes. Every child enrolled in a FULL day program (Mini-Week) is provided door-to-door transportation. This is included in the tuition. Only morning transportation is provided for Mini-Day campers. Parent pick-up is required in the afternoon (approx. 1:30pm).
Is Lunch Provided?
Your child can bring a bag lunch from home or you can order a camp lunch. Milk, bottled water or fruit juice at lunchtime; and morning and afternoon snacks are provided for all children.
What days can my child enroll for the Mini-Week Program?
The Mini-Week Program is 3 days per week – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What are the hours of the Mini-Day Program?
The Mini-Day starts at 9:25 a.m. and ends at 1:20 p.m. – afternoon transportation is not available; parent pick-up is required.
