Entering 1st-5th Grade

Boys and Girls, 1st through 5th grade, participate in a varied program of athletic and artistic activities.

In general, everyone enjoys a full complement of field activities including softball, volleyball, soccer, basketball, street hockey and lacrosse.  The same can be said for most of our specialist-taught skill areas.  Favorites in this category are ceramics, computers, arts & crafts, fishing & boating, music, challenge courses, zip lines, martial arts, yoga, bungee jumping and tennis.

Some activities are assigned by gender:

  • Boys – Wrestling and football
  • Girls – Cheerleading and dance
Some activities are scheduled for certain age groups only:
  • Bowling
  • Drama
  • Woodworking
  • Archery
Typical additional activities/out-of-camp trips for 4th and 5th graders:
  • Fun-filled overnights.
  • A day at Splish-Splash Water Park
  • Beach excursions
